The Faculty of Economics and Business in Belgrade belongs to the group of faculties within the University of Belgrade, which is ranked among the best in Central and Eastern Europe. From its foundation in 1937 the Faculty of Economics and Business has successfully connected and harmonized higher education in the field of economics, business management and statistics with modern requirements of the economy and society, keeping pace with all important achievements in economics.

The Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON), a part of the University of Belgrade, is one of the most modernly organized faculties in the region. In the midst of intense changes, FON has become a leading and referential educational and scientific institution in the fields of information systems and technologies, as well as management and organization.
FON was founded in 1969 and on 28 November, 1970 the University of Belgrade Council decided to incorporate the Faculty of Organizational Sciences into the University of Belgrade. FON was officially inaugurated on 4 November, 1971. With a tradition spanning 54 years, FON currently educates over 7,000 students across 24 study programs at the undergraduate, master’s, specialist, and doctoral levels. All study programs implemented at FON have a strong quantitative and IT background combined with organizational and specific knowledge tailored to the study programs. The professional title of “Engineer of Organizational Sciences” awarded by the Faculty falls within the domain of technical and technological sciences. In order to improve the knowledge and skills of pharmacists, the Faculty organises and supports research projects and collaborates with the scientific public both in the country and abroad, and is also involved in publishing activities.
Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade
Department of Pharmacy was first founded at the Faculty of Medicine of University of Belgrade on 24 October 1939. The Faculty of Pharmacy became an independent higher education institution on 19 October 1945. For a number of years the courses were taught in the facilities of the Faculty of Medicine, and in September 1991 the Faculty of Pharmacy moved to its own building. From its foundation until the end of 2007, there were 9,284 students who graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, and 1,788 completed their specialisation courses (1,176 attendees completed healthcare specialisation courses); moreover, 286 master’s thesis and 239 doctoral dissertations were successfully presented. In addition to being a higher education institution, the Faculty of Pharmacy is also involved in various educational, scientific, healthcare, professional, publishing, librarian and museum activities. The museum of the history of pharmacy is registered as an official museum of the City of Belgrade.
There are 18 Departments at the Faculty of Pharmacy, namely: Physics and Mathematics, General and Inorganic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Botany, Physical Chemistry, Microbiology and Immunology, Physiology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Drug Analysis, Pharmacognosy, Medicinal Biochemistry, Bromatology, Toxicology, Pharmaceutical Technology and Cosmetology, Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics, Social Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Legislation. There is also the unit of shared services (with specific sections dealing with legal and general affairs, material and financial affairs, education and student affairs, library and museum activities, information technology and technical services).
Scientific research of teachers and associates of the Faculty is performed through the fundamental, applied and developmental research programs on topics generally defined through plans and programs for projects funded by the RS Ministry of Education and Science, as well as through programs of international scientific cooperation.
Professional activities of teachers and associates of the Faculty involve more intensive cooperation with colleagues from the practice, and are concerned also with improvement in quality and the number of services provided to various companies under business and technical cooperation agreements.

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM) of the University of Belgrade is a higher education and scientific institution founded in 1936. It is located in the vicinity of the city centre, in 18 Bulevar Oslobodjenja, a few hundred metres from the Slavija square. The main activity of the Faculty is the education of students of integrated, specialist and doctoral academic studies, provision of continuing education to veterinary surgeons, doing scientific research and professional work with the aim of educating experts in the field of animal health protection and welfare, food safety and the prevention of infectious diseases. There are currently 1,500 students studying at the Faculty, being lectured by about 100 teachers, 30 assistants and several professional associates, laboratory technicians and technical staff. Departments, clinics, laboratories, the central library, the Centre for development and
international cooperation, the Centre for publishing and teaching appliances, the Centre for quality assurance and improvement, the Information and communication center and the Secretariat which is
in charge of coordinating the work of the Faculty participate in the organization and implementation of activities at the Faculty.
The Faculty is a member of the European Association of Veterinary Faculties (EAEVE) and has been working intensively on harmonizing its study programme with European standards.

Faculty of Electrical Engeneering, University of Belgrade
If you are interested in electrical engineering and computer science, and you have strong inclinations towards mathematics and physics, and if you were successful in high school, then School of Electrical Engineering is the right school for you. The School of Electrical Engineering has two accredited study programs for basic academic studies: Electrical engineering and computing has a total accredited undergraduate enrollment of 540 and Software engineering has a total accredited undergraduate enrollment of 180.
In the study program Electrical Engineering and Computing, the selection of one of the six modules, departments, is made after the first year of study. The modules are: Electronics and Digital systems, Power Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology, Signals and Systems, Telecommunications and Information Technology and Physical Electronics. There are no modules or courses in the Software Engineering study program; the program is unified.
Enrollment procedure for foreign students
A foreign citizen can enroll in a study program with the same requirements as a Serbian citizen, if his/hers acquired foreign school certificate is approved in accordance with the Law and general act of the University. When applying, the candidate – foreign citizen must, among other documents, submit the decision of recognition of foreign high school education or a verification that the process is in motion, if the high school was finished abroad.
When enrolling, the foreign citizen candidate must submit the evidence that: he/she has health insurance in the school year in which he/she is enrolling, he/she mastered Serbian language or the language of the study program.
Foreign citizen is obligated to pay the tuition fee during the entire course of studies, unless it was decided otherwise via an international agreement. If the candidate – foreign citizen was enrolled in studies abroad, the procedure for the recognition of a document on completed part of a study program is initiated by submitting the request for recognition at the University of Belgrade.

The University of Belgrade-Faculty of Forestry is a higher education and scientific research institution with a hundredyear-long tradition. The beginnings of work at the Faculty are related to the Faculty of Agriculture in Zemun, where in the school year 1920/21 the first generation of 45 students enrolled in the Faculty, of which 36 in the Department of Agriculture and 9 in the Department of Forestry. Classes began on December 5, 1920, and every year this date is celebrated as the Faculty Day. So far, more than 10,000 students have graduated from the Faculty, and 435 Master of Science theses, 658 Master’s theses and 346 Doctoral dissertations have been completed and defended at this Faculty.
The competence of the Faculty is ensured by the accreditation of study plans and programs and the accreditation of the Faculty as a scientific research institution. In the academic year 2006/07, the first generation of students enrolled in the studies at the Faculty in accordance with the Bologna process, and in 2008 the Faculty received its first certificate of accreditation as a higher education institution.

Educons University in Sremska Kamenica, founded in 2008, is a dynamic higher education institution that follows and adopts scientific and educational trends, and currently it has eleven faculties.
In recent years, Educons University has been successfully developing significant changes in the study concept related to the method of knowledge transfer in the teaching-scientific field. The so-called BLENDED LEARNING teaching concept has outgrown the traditional teaching system (repetitive study matrix) that professors and students are used to. The third crucial innovation related to the University is the establishment of the EDUCONS UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL CAMPUS, which, through exceptional investments, offers a high level of student standards and is the first example of its kind when it comes to private higher education in the Western Balkans region. Namely, from the school year 2015/2016.
