Requirements for Visa
Six Months Fee to be paid in Advance
One Year accommodation charges to be paid in advance
Bank Statement must be six months old with minimum 1.5 million for one month mature
IELTS not mandatory but the strong command of the English language is compulsory
All documents must be attested by IBCC + HEC + MOFA
Family Visa
Student family can apply for family reunion visa after the student receives the TR card within 3 months.
Immigration Prospect
50% of the time spent during the degree will be added to the 3 years required time frame towards PR
Two Years stay in Serbia is required to apply for the Passport
Visa Ratio above 90%
Process for Admission & Visa
- Applicant submits documents to the respective office.
- Documents are uploaded with the online application submitted (last date of submission 31st January)
- University in Serbia will translate, attest and assessed.
- Offer letter will be received in 4 to 5 weeks of submitting the application
- 50% fee + 1 year accommodation + Euro 600 are transferred by the student to the account details provided on the offer letter
- Visa Request Letter from the university will be received in 1 weeks after the fee submission
- Last date to submit visa application for Serbia Student Visa is 1st of April for Undergraduate.
- Visa Approval Letter to be received by 15th of May (Visa approval outcome will be received in 6 weeks)
- Classes to start beginning of August
- Last date to submit visa application for Serbia Student Visa is 15th of May for Postgraduate.
- Visa Approval Letter to be received by 30th June (Visa Approval outcome will be received in 6 weeks)
- Classes to start in September
Process for Visa Sticker Stamping
Applicant will have to fly either to Turkey, Qatar or Iran as per the appointment given by the Visa Department of Serbia to have the visa stamped on the passport.
Applicant will fly from Pakistan to any of the above mentioned countries and get the passport stamped. This takes 2-3 days. From there the applicant will fly directly to Belgrade Serbia. University will arrange for the pickup from the airport and transportation to the designated accommodation.
Entry Test
Test date for Undergraduate is 2nd of June (in Serbia)
Test date for Postgraduate is 2nd of September (in Serbia)
Applicant will sit for an entry test prior to joining classes if the test in not cleared in the first attempt, applicant will re-sit the test. Sample test papers are being arranged and will be provided to the applicants.
