Dear current and future students,

European University “Kallos” Tuzla was founded in 2015. The activity that the University is engaged in is of public interest and takes place in accordance with the regulations. Legal, economic, political, pedagogical, technical, health and medical sciences are studied at the University, within seven faculties, at all three levels of study. When creating study programs, it is assumed that the points of support of society should be: a healthy and educated population, economic and technical development, social justice, legal security, responsibility and other values. Many of the professors who implement the study programs are very well established. They teach students to value professional conscience and not to subordinate that conscience to other values. They prepare them to be bearers of new ideas and to successfully implement the knowledge they acquire at the University in the better tomorrow of the environment in which they will work.

The strategic determination of the University for future development is to, respecting the standards of the unique European educational space, build recognizable quality, which will constantly raise its competitive ability. harmonize study programs with the development needs of the environment. In development programs, the center of attention will always be the student. The university will develop its autonomy, but will act socially responsible.

The bearers of social progress can only be personnel who possess appropriate knowledge and who are ready to take responsibility for the development of society. However, there is no quality knowledge without quality education. In the coming period, the University will raise the quality it offers to an even higher level. Along with raising the quality of study programs, work will also be done on raising the quality of professors, because they are a key factor in the quality of education. They should make a contribution to the economic, cultural, scientific, educational and political life, not only of the region but also beyond, and it is necessary to raise the reputation of this profession.

The University’s commitment is to develop cooperation with other universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad, as well as with international organizations dealing with issues of higher education.

In order for the University to reach the planned high goals, a lot of work needs to be done. All of us who are engaged at the University, as well as the students, must show a high degree of professionalism and responsibility, which will prove our readiness to do everything necessary for the European University to respond to the challenges of this time and to build its position as one of the leading educational and scientific institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in the wider region.
