The quality of teaching is based on the quality of teaching and support staff and modern infrastructure. The entire teaching staff must continuously work on self-improvement, spreading knowledge and improving skills. Every manager is responsible to support this process within his domain of responsibility and appreciate every initiative that leads to the improvement of the teaching process. Through teaching, scientific and professional activities and continuous education, all employees should work to maintain and improve the quality of the teaching and scientific research process, as well as the application of scientific results in practice, in order to meet the needs and expectations of all interested parties. All teachers and associates are obliged to publish the results of their work, thus contributing to the strengthening of scientific and professional prestige and a better position of the faculty. In addition, they are obliged to promote the faculty in the media and support health education.

All employees must adhere to the principles of the Faculty of Dentistry’s Code of Ethics, which includes compliance with good teaching and good clinical practice, full dedication to teaching processes, work discipline and good interpersonal relations.

Our efforts are coordinated and harmonized within a documented quality system, compliant with the international standards of the ISO 9000 series.

Heads of departments, managers of work units and heads of professional services are responsible for ensuring the understanding, implementation and maintenance of this quality policy at all levels at the Faculty.

international cooperation, the Centre for publishing and teaching appliances, the Centre for quality assurance and improvement, the Information and communication center and the Secretariat which is
in charge of coordinating the work of the Faculty participate in the organization and implementation of activities at the Faculty.
The Faculty is a member of the European Association of Veterinary Faculties (EAEVE) and has been working intensively on harmonizing its study programme with European standards.
